Last night on the way to Louisville the van broke down. We were cruising along and 50 miles from the venue when the oil pressure in the van dropped to nothing and the engine starting knocking like it was about to explode. We pulled over on the side of the road and called Triple A. The tow company didn't show up at all. So we sat trying to call as many people as we could to see if there was anyone to help us out. A family that lived on a farm not to far from where we were stranded saw us and came to help us. They provided food, water and a roof for us until someone was able to come to get us. The van broke down about 6:30 but help did not come until 11:00.

Being there with the family we saw a great strength in people and saw that there are still amazing people out there. What a blessing they were to us in a time of need. Also there was a State Trooper who came to watch the vehicle while we were waiting. So between the family and the trooper we were safe and our equipment was protected. Unfortunately we did not make the venue, but another blessing there. They were willing to rebook our show and so we will be going back to the Phoenix Hill Tavern to rock it out.

Through it all God provided for us and kept us safe. Please pray for the Trooper and the Family, that they will receive a great blessing. Also the family has a terminally ill family member so please pray for peace and strength during this hard time. Again they poured out on us even in the midst of tragedy. Thank you to everyone who poured out blessings on us!
